Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education
The ACU middle school education degrees provide strong and deep understanding of the teaching field, best practices of instruction, and critical knowledge of the particular emotional and social needs of middle school students.
You can choose to focus on English Language Arts, Science, Social Studies or Mathematics. Your professional preparation program will provide multiple opportunities to participate in classrooms prior to your student teaching semester. You will be prepared to serve children well from the first day in your own classroom.
Degrees offered:
ACU offers a Middle School Education degrees that will allow you to certify to teach grades 4 though 8 in English Language Arts, Social Studies, Science, or Mathematics.
For those interested in combining a master's degree with their secondary education certification, ACU offers a one year M.Ed. in Teaching and Learning designed for ACU students who will complete a bachelor's degree in Education.
