ACU offers several interdisciplinary majors and minors that allow you to take courses from different academic departments. Pursuing an interdisciplinary education broadens your range of knowledge, gives you a deeper understanding of how ideas interconnect, and provides an excellent foundation for careers that require a diverse skill set.
Why get an Interdisciplinary degree?
Undergraduate interdisciplinary degree programs are the Health Professions Degree, the Interdisciplinary Degree Program and International Studies Program. Interdisciplinary programs also include a Community Studies Minor, an Ethnic and Women’s Studies Minor, a Philosophy Minor and a Public Service Minor. If the field you want to enter requires knowledge from a number of disciplines, interdisciplinary programs will provide a degree plan to make you marketable after graduation.
