ACU Online students use Canvas for all of their learning and coursework. Canvas support is provided by ACU student services and academics. Support directly from Canvas is also available on a 24/7 basis for platform related issues.
Our online students have free access to Team55, ACU's frontline support group. Team55 handles all technology-related issues from password resets and account management to total computer failures. This site also contains free access to an internal knowledge base containing thousands of articles for self-service as well as a conclusive list of services that campus IT provides.
The ACU Online Writing Center offers numerous writing resources and tutorials on APA formatting, source integration, and more for graduate students*.
